Basketball Recap: Henryetta Comes Up Short

Henryetta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They took a 52-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Holdenville Wolverines. The game was a 23-23 toss-up at halftime, but the Knights couldn't quite close it out.

Dah'Myah Olden was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 22 points and 14 boards for Holdenville. The match was Olden's 12th in a row with at least 15 points. Bella Smith was another key player, putting up ten points and five assists.

Henryetta's loss dropped their record down to 3-18. As for Holdenville, their win bumped their record up to 14-9.

As of now, neither Henryetta nor Holdenville have any future games scheduled.
