Baseball Recap: Heights Takes a Loss

Heights lost against Olathe West on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Falcons came up short against the Owls, falling 10-1. The match marked the Falcons' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Heights saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Slait Herrman, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Heights now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Olathe West, they pushed their record up to 3-0 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Heights is taking a road trip to face off against North at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Olathe West, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Arkansas City at 1:30 p.m. on the 26th.
