Recap: Osseo vs. Anoka
You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for the Osseo Orioles this past Friday. They steamrolled past the Anoka Tornadoes 69-33 at home. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Osseo had established a 51-19 advantage.
The victory improved the Orioles' record to 9-16. The defeat dropped Anoka's record to 4-17.
The Orioles will take on Andover Monday. Andover is also hoping to continue their momentum after a 65-61 win over Totino-Grace this past Friday. Anoka will be playing in front of their home fans against Spring Lake Park Monday. Anoka is the clear underdog, so they're hoping it's the size of the fight that determines this one.
