Volleyball Recap: Red Bank Regional Comes Up Short

Red Bank Regional was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Raritan Rockets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bucs of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.

While Red Bank Regional had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 20 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-20.

Red Bank Regional's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Raritan, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Red Bank Regional will venture away from home to face off against Colts Neck at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Raritan, they will head out to square off against Middletown North at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
