Basketball Recap: Belle Fourche Comes Up Short

Belle Fourche was the 54-34 winner over Custer when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Belle Fourche Broncs took a 50-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Custer Wildcats on Saturday. The Broncs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Belle Fourche's defeat dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Custer, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Belle Fourche will head out to take on Rapid City Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Custer, they will face off against Spearfish at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
