Baseball Game Preview: O'Donnell Eagles vs. Springlake-Earth Wolverines

O'Donnell hasn't had much luck against Springlake-Earth recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The O'Donnell Eagles will hit the road for the first time this season to face off against the Springlake-Earth Wolverines at 5:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for O'Donnell's offense. They lost 10-0 to Ira on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Eagles have suffered since April 8, 2024.

Meanwhile, Springlake-Earth was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost an 8-7 heartbreaker at the hands of Hale Center.

Springlake-Earth's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for O'Donnell, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-3-1.
