Soccer Game Preview: Bothell/Inglemoor vs. Issaquah

Bothell/Inglemoor hasn't had much luck against Issaquah recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Cougars will head out on the road to face off against the Eagles at 7:30 p.m.

Bothell/Inglemoor will roll into the matchup after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one goal on Thursday, then bounced right back against Renton on Monday. The Cougars blew past the Red Hawks 6-2. The final result isn't all the surprising considering Bothell/Inglemoor's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 57th, while Renton are ranked 220th).

Meanwhile, Issaquah unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Monday. They and Mount Si finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw. The result kept Issaquah happy, as they haven't lost a game since April 4th.

Bothell/Inglemoor is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those five games. With that draw, Issaquah's record moves to 6-6-2.
