Ridgeline extended their postseason success on Friday against Timpanogos. They put the hurt on the Timberwolves with a sharp 12-2 win. The Riverhawks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by six runs or more this season.
Ridgeline got a great performance from Avery Lamont as she struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits (and only one walk). Those seven strikeouts gave Lamont a new career-high.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Kylie Jorgensen, who went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one double. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in May of 2024. Another player making a difference was Anne Wallace, who went 1-for-4 with one home run and two RBI.
