Football Recap: Poly Comes Up Short

The Poly Bears and the Citrus Valley Blackhawks were almost perfectly matched up on Saturday, but the Poly Bears suffered a 7-6 defeat. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Poly's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Citrus Valley, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-8.

Poly didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 26-0 victory against Hillcrest on the 16th. As for Citrus Valley, they have also already played their next game, a 24-7 defeat against Redlands on the 16th.
