Basketball Recap: Fremont Silverwolves vs. Syracuse Titans
Fremont lost against Syracuse back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Fremont Silverwolves took a 68-52 bruising from the Syracuse Titans. The Silverwolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Fremont's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Easton Duft, who went 7-for-15 on his way to 17 points. Cam Campbell was another key player, putting up 11 points and seven boards.
Even though they lost, Fremont smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in three consecutive contests.
