Volleyball Recap: Latin Victorious

Latin won the last time they faced Fenwick and things went their way on Thursday too. The Romans walked away with a 2-0 win over the Friars.

The 2-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-23.

The victory got Latin back to even at 8-8. As for Fenwick, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-6.

Latin wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Antioch on the 26th. As for Fenwick, they will take on DePaul College Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
