Softball Recap: Clear Lake Cardinals vs. Middletown Mustangs

While Clear Lake's win against Middletown wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Cardinals won by a run and slipped past the Mustangs 7-6. The Cardinals haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Atiana Patino was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and three unearned) runs off seven hits.
