Basketball Recap: 19 Straight Home Victories for Eastwood

Eastwood extended their home winning streak to 19 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Devin Falk-Ramirez. The Eastwood Troopers walked away with a 36-28 victory over the Montwood Rams on Friday thanks in part to Falk-Ramirez, who went 5 of 12 en route to 14 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Eastwood's points.

Eastwood has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 23-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.9 points per game. As for Montwood, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 20-9.

Coincidentally, Eastwood and Montwood will both be playing Socorro the next time they take the court. Montwood will host Socorro at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Eastwood will host them at 7:30 p.m. on February 7th.
