Volleyball Recap: Martins Ferry Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Martins Ferry, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They came out on top against the Steubenville Big Red by a score of 3-1 on Saturday. The Purple Riders haven't had any issues with the Big Red recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-16, 23-25, 25-10.

Giana Chirpas paced Martins Ferry's offense, picking up 21 kills. Chirpas got some help from Olivia Harkness and her 25 assists. Savanah Koller controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
