Basketball Game Preview: Nashua Porcupines vs. Circle Wildcats

Nashua hasn't had much luck against Circle recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Nashua Porcupines are taking a road trip to challenge the Circle Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with 22 losses in a row dating back to last season, Nashua turned things around against Dodson on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Coyotes, sneaking past 28-25.

Meanwhile, Circle had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 41.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three back in December of 2024. They walked away with a 49-38 win over the Spartans.

Circle now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Nashua, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.

Nashua was dealt a bruising 58-8 defeat at the hands of Circle in their previous meeting back in February of 2024. Can Nashua avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
