Volleyball Recap: Denver Christian Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Denver Christian couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They came up short against the Wiggins Tigers on Saturday, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Thunder of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2023.

This is the second loss in a row for Denver Christian and nudges their season record down to 22-6. As for Wiggins, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-8 record this season.

Denver Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Wiggins, they will square off against Simla at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
