Volleyball Recap: West Port Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

West Port had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They came out on top against the Redeemer Christian Lions by a score of 3-1. The Wolf Pack have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Lions, too.

West Port walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 23-25, 25-14, 25-17.

Samantha Ramage was the offensive standout of the match as she had eight digs and five aces.

Ramage wasn't the only good server: West Port was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 19 aces. The Wolf Pack are 8-2 when they serve at least ten aces.

West Port's record is now 10-5. As for Redeemer Christian, they moved to 11-3 with that defeat, which also ended their seven-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, West Port will venture away from home to square off against Belleview at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Redeemer Christian, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Dunnellon on the 16th.
