Florida Top 25 high school football scores: No. 14 Booker T. Washington takes out Carol City

Torey Morrison accounts for three touchdowns lifting Booker T. Washington past Carol City; Unranked Chamberlain eliminates No. 10 Rockledge in only Top 25 upset of the night.

Florida has three among the nation's Top 25 teams.

Torey Morrison threw two touchdown passes to Jacorey Brooks and ran for another score leading No. 14 Booker T. Washington to a 35-14 win over Carol City in the opening round of the Florida 4A playoffs.

Morrison fired TD passes of 20 and 10 yards to Brooks, and run for a 5-yard TD as Washington improved to 9-2. Anthony Hundley added a 70-yard pick 6 for the winners.

There was only one upset among the Top 25, No. 10 Rockledge lost 25-13 to unranked Chamberlain. All the other ranked teams prevailed with relative ease. Six Top 25 teams recorded shutouts.

No. 11 Lakewood and No. 19 Gulliver Prep had a first-round bye in the Class 4A bracket, while No. 25 Chaminade-Madonna in 3A and No. 24 Madison County in 1A also received byes.
