Softball Recap: Marianna Bulldogs vs. Liberty County Bulldogs

Marianna lost to Liberty County back in March, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Marianna Bulldogs sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-3 win over the Liberty County Bulldogs.

Kennedy Temples was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off six hits. Temples has been consistent recently: she hasn't pitched less than five innings every time she's pitched this season. Temples was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.
