Basketball Recap: Ida Baker Beats East Lee County for Their Second Straight Victory

The Ida Baker Bulldogs came out on top against the East Lee County Jaguars by a score of 58-48 on Tuesday thanks in part to Berdebes, who dropped a double-double on 31 points and 14 rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Ida Baker's points.

Another player making a difference was J'Kayla Thomas, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 21 boards. Those 21 rebounds gave her a new career-high.

The victory made it two in a row for Ida Baker and bumps their season record up to 4-13. As for East Lee County, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 13 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-14 record this season.
