Soccer Recap: West Point Triumphs

It's playoff time, and West Point had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Altavista Colonels by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday.

Luke Bystrek and Eli Elwanger scored all three of West Point's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 49 goals.

West Point's win bumped their record up to 14-2. As for Altavista, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-13.

Looking ahead, West Point will square off against Eastern Montgomery at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. Altavista does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
