Baseball Recap: Hackett Comes Up Short

Hackett managed to slip by Mansfield the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Hornets came up short against the Tigers on Tuesday, falling 12-2. That's two games in a row now that the Hornets have lost by exactly ten runs.

Hackett's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Mansfield, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hackett will challenge Greenland at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mansfield, they are headed away from home for the first time to challenge Ozark at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
