Basketball Recap: Granville Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Granville can now relate to. They took a 71-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Francis DeSales Stallions on Friday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (57), the Blue Aces still had to take the loss.

Granville's loss dropped their record down to 17-7. As for St. Francis DeSales, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season.

Granville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Francis DeSales, they will take on Bishop Watterson at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Bishop Watterson comes in on five and St. Francis DeSales on six.
