Soccer Recap: Hokes Bluff Starts off Right with Win over Talladega

Hokes Bluff gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. Everything went their way against the Talladega Tigers as the Hokes Bluff Eagles made off with a 4-1 win. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but the Eagles were the better team in the second half.

They hit Talladega with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Brayden Fox (2), Cashus Hannah, and Lucas Applegate.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hokes Bluff will take on St. Clair County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Talladega, they will square off against Holy Family Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
