Baseball Recap: Manchester Squires vs. Wawasee Warriors

After flying high against Tippecanoe Valley last Tuesday, Manchester came back down to earth. The Manchester Squires took a 12-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wawasee Warriors on Thursday. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Manchester in their matchups with Wawasee: they've now lost five in a row.

Davin Hendrix was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs while going 1-for-2. Another player making a difference was Ethan Hendrix, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

On Wawasee's side, Ty Brooks was a major factor while hitting and pitching.
