Bellevue West is a perfect 8-0 against Bryan since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Thunderbirds will head out to take on the Bears at 5:00 p.m. Bryan took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Bellevue West, who comes in off a win.

It was a Battle of the Birds when Bellevue West took on Lincoln Northwest on Monday. The Thunderbirds blew past the Falcons 9-1. The Thunderbirds haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Aubrey Busch was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in September of 2024. Another player making a difference was Jaycee Woodard, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and two runs.

Bellevue West hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They are 6-2 when they post two or more strikeouts.

Meanwhile, Bryan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 9-1 to South Sioux City.

Bryan saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ashley Morales, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Bryan's defeat dropped their record down to 5-19. As for Bellevue West, their win bumped their record up to 7-19.

Bryan's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Bellevue West hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .318. It's a different story for Bryan, though, as they've only averaged .172. Will they be able to contain Bellevue West's hitters?

Everything went Bellevue West's way against Bryan in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Bellevue West made off with a 14-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Thunderbirds since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
