Whitley County came tearing into Monday's match with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the North Laurel Jaguars by a score of 3-1. The Colonels have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Jaguars, too.

Whitley County's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for North Laurel, they dropped their record down to 0-3 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Whitley County will host South Laurel at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Colonels' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for North Laurel, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Pulaski County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
