Softball Game Preview: Evergreen Wolverines vs. Lindbergh Eagles

The Evergreen Wolverines will venture away from home to challenge the Lindbergh Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Evergreen came up short against Highline on Wednesday, falling 22-4. The Wolverines have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Lindbergh lost 23-1 to Eastlake on Tuesday.

Evergreen now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Lindbergh, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Evergreen couldn't quite get it done against Lindbergh in their previous meeting back in April of 2025 as they fell 13-8. Can the Wolverines avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
