Soccer Game Preview: Lewis vs. Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology

The Lewis Lancers will face off against the Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology Colonials at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Lewis' last five matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Lewis is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 victory over Annandale on Thursday. Lewis haven't had any issues with Annandale recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Lewis hit Annandale with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jeremy Orellana (2), Jonathan Sosa, and Luis Guzman.

Meanwhile, Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology came up short against Justice on Thursday and fell 4-2.

Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology's loss dropped their record down to 1-7-1. As for Lewis, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3-2.

Everything went Lewis' way against Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology in their previous matchup back in May of 2024, as Lewis made off with an 8-0 win. Will the Lancers repeat their success, or do the Colonials have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
