Football Game Preview: West Morris Central Wolfpack vs. Mount Olive Marauders + Official Tickets

West Morris Central has won eight straight games at home (dating back to last season), while Mount Olive has won eight straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Friday. The Wolfpack will welcome the Marauders at 7:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

On Friday, West Morris Central humbled Roxbury with a 34-3 victory. The result was nothing new for the Wolfpack, who have now won four games by 25 points or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Mount Olive was not the first on the board on Friday, but they got there more often. They strolled past Wayne Valley with points to spare, taking the game 31-17. The 31-point effort marked the Marauders' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

West Morris Central better keep an eye on Brayden Longo. He was instrumental in Mount Olive's win, rushing for 153 yards and a pair of touchdowns while picking up 7.7 yards per carry. Longo has been hot recently, having also posted two or more rushing touchdowns the last four times he's played.

West Morris Central's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Mount Olive, their win bumped their record up to 7-0.

West Morris Central couldn't quite get it done against Mount Olive when the teams last played back in October of 2024 as they fell 35-28.
