Soccer Game Preview: Highland Park vs. Maine South

The Highland Park Giants will head out to face off against the Maine South Hawks at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Friday, Highland Park and Kenosha Bradford finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

The Giants' goal came courtesy of Elliot Shields, who's now up to seven this season.

Meanwhile, Maine South played to a draw too, finishing 2-2 against Evanston.

Maine South's draw gives them a new season record of 9-6-3. Meanwhile, Highland Park's record is now 6-11-2.

Highland Park suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Maine South in their previous matchup back in May of 2023. Can the Giants avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
