Volleyball Recap: Cornell Takes a Loss

Cornell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Greenwood Indians. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Chiefs of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2018.

Cornell's loss dropped their record down to 4-21. As for Greenwood, the win snapped their losing streak at eight matches and leaves them with a 4-10 record.

Cornell does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Greenwood, they have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran on the 23rd.
