Football Recap: Anderson Beats Trotwood-Madison for Their 13th Straight Win

Anderson extended their postseason success on Friday against Trotwood-Madison. They really took it to the Rams for the full four quarters, racking up a 38-7 victory. The win was just business as usual for the Raptors, who after 13 games remain undefeated this season.

Owen Scalf had another great game (as he tends to do), throwing for 406 yards and five touchdowns, while also rushing for 37 yards. That's the most passing yards he has posted since back in September. Tysin Weaver also helped out as he racked up 138 receiving yards.

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Anderson's defense and their three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Brady Kuhn, Reid Baker, and James Schnurstein, who each picked up one sack apiece. Kuhn was another major factor on D, picking up a sack, making nine total tackles (2.0 for loss), and defending three passes.

Anderson's victory bumped their record up to 13-0. As for Trotwood-Madison, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4.

As of now, neither Anderson nor the Rams have any future games scheduled.
