Cedarburg had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Middleton Cardinals. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Maddie Katte paced Cedarburg's offense, picking up nine kills. Katte got some help from Therese Dreisbach and her nine assists. Kaelyn Sohre controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Cedarburg's victory bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Middleton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-4.

Cedarburg has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Madison Memorial on the 13th. As for Middleton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against The Prairie School on the 13th.
