Basketball Game Preview: Patrick Henry Patriots vs. Pandora-Gilboa Rockets

The Patrick Henry Patriots and the Pandora-Gilboa Rockets will round out the year against one another at at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Patrick Henry will be coming into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.

Last Friday, Patrick Henry earned a 49-36 win over Kalida. Given the Patriots' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 115th, while the Wildcats are ranked 452nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Pandora-Gilboa didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Upper Scioto Valley on Saturday, but they still walked away with a 48-43 victory.

Patrick Henry's record is now 5-0. As for Pandora-Gilboa, their record is now 4-2.

Patrick Henry might still be hurting after the 53-29 defeat they got from Pandora-Gilboa when the teams last played back in December of 2023. Can Patrick Henry avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
