Soccer Recap: Winfield Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Winfield was the 3-1 winner over Parkersburg when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Generals fell just short of the Big Reds by a score of 3-2 on Saturday.

Jaxin Alexander and Braeden Mann scored both of Winfield's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Winfield's loss dropped their record down to 8-6-2. As for Parkersburg, they now have a winning record of 7-6-1.

Looking ahead, Winfield will welcome St. Albans at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Parkersburg, they will head out to challenge University at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
