 It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Hardaway Hawks had no problem doing just that  on Tuesday. They snuck past the Golden Bears with a  59-53 win. Winning may never get old, but Hardaway sure is getting used to it with their 23rd in a row.
 Hardaway got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Akilah Shelton out in front who  dropped  a double-double on 18 points and ten  rebounds. Shelton is on a roll when it comes to  steals, as she's  now  grabbed two or more in the last ten games she's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Mikayla Johnson, who  scored 21 points along with five  rebounds and two  steals.
 Hardaway pushed their record up to 26-4 with that  victory, which was their 21st straight  at home dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the  games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 35.3 points. As for Holy Innocents Episcopal, their loss  ended a 18-game streak of away wins  dating back to last season and  brought them to 24-7.
 Hardaway will take on North Oconee at 5:00  p.m.  on Saturday. One thing working in North Oconee's favor is that they have posted big  point totals  in their last nine matches. Holy Innocents Episcopal does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
