It's playoff time, and Seminole Ridge had no trouble coming through when it counted. Everything went their way against the Royal Palm Beach Wildcats on Monday as they made off with a 17-2 win. The Hawks haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Seminole Ridge's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-11. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.7 runs over those games. As for Royal Palm Beach, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-10.

Looking ahead, Seminole Ridge will face off against Palm Beach Gardens at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Hawks' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Gators have averaged an impressive 6.5 runs per game this season. Royal Palm Beach does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
