East had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Edison Tech Inventors as they made off with a 12-2 victory. Considering the Eagles have won seven matches by more than nine runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

East's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-2. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Edison Tech, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-6.

Coming up, East will challenge Honeoye Falls-Lima at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Edison Tech, they will take on Early College at 4:45 p.m. on Friday.
