Riesel had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25.3 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 61-39 margin over the Axtell Longhorns. The Indians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Riesel has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.8 points per game. As for Axtell, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-14.

Riesel will be playing at home against Chilton at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Axtell does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
