Basketball Recap: Dyersburg's Loss Ends 11-Game Winning Streak on the Road

The Dyersburg Trojans fell to the Crockett County Cavaliers 55-49. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Trojans came into the match with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 17th, while the Cavaliers are ranked 77th).

Dyersburg's defeat ended an 11-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 14-4. As for Crockett County, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 13-4 record.

Dyersburg will square off against Dyer County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Crockett County, they will face off against Obion County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
