It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Lexington ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the McNairy Central Bobcats 1-0. The victory was nothing new for Lexington as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Lexington pushed their record up to 10-6 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those five contests. As for McNairy Central, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

Coming up, Lexington will challenge Chester County on Thursday. Lexington will need to watch out since Chester County have now posted at least four goals in their last three games. McNairy Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
