Soccer Recap: Brazosport Comes Up Short

Brazosport was the 3-0 winner over Fort Bend Willowridge when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Brazosport Exporters lost 6-0 to the Fort Bend Willowridge Eagles on Saturday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Exporters haven't been shut out since back in January.

Brazosport dropped their record down to 10-8 with the loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Fort Bend Willowridge, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 5-4 record this season.

Looking ahead, Brazosport will head out to take on Almeta Crawford at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fort Bend Willowridge, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Stafford at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
