The Shekinah Christian Flames will head out on the road to take on the Madison Christian Eagles at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Shekinah Christian will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
Shekinah Christian's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They put the hurt on Northside Christian with a sharp 10-0 win. The Flames might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by ten runs or more this season.

Aiden Nofziger and Jayce Yoder were major factors while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Nofziger pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Meanwhile, Yoder tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Nofziger has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two hits in six consecutive appearances. At bat, Nofziger went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double, while Yoder got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one RBI. Nofziger is becoming a predictor of Shekinah Christian's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 1-3 when he doesn't).
In other batting news, Alex Bauermeister was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. That home run was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Max Kilzer, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double.
Shekinah Christian hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least five batters in four consecutive contests.
Liberty Christian Academy hit Madison Christian with a four-run fifth inning on Saturday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. Madison Christian came up short against Liberty Christian Academy, falling 11-2. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, Madison Christian couldn't push the score so high this time.
Madison Christian saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Patrick Foster, who went 1-for-3 with two runs.
Madison Christian has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season. As for Shekinah Christian, their record is now 8-3.
Everything went Shekinah Christian's way against Madison Christian in their previous matchup two weeks ago, as Shekinah Christian made off with a 15-1 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Flames since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
