Stuart skates past Cody-Kilgore with ease

The Stuart Broncos have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 22 points or more this season. They really took it to Cody-Kilgore for the full four quarters, racking up a 71-38 victory at home. Stuart's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Stuart was led to victory by Gavynn Mustin and Hunter Tubbs. Mustin scored 24 points along with six rebounds and five assists, while Tubbs scored 19 points along with nine rebounds and five blocks. That's the first time this season that Mustin scored 15 or more points. Kayde Ramm was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with six assists and three steals.

The win makes it two in a row for Stuart and bumps their season record up to 4-1. As for Cody-Kilgore, their loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Stuart will take on Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard] at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard] has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 272 points over their last four contests. Cody-Kilgore will be home for the holidays to greet Mullen on Friday.
