Volleyball Recap: Coon Rapids Takes a Loss

Coon Rapids was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Centennial Cougars, falling 3-0. If the Cardinals were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Cougars when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-9, 25-10.

Coon Rapids' loss dropped their record down to 9-14-2. As for Centennial, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-7.

Looking ahead, Coon Rapids will head out on the road to square off against Osseo at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Centennial, they will be playing at home against Maple Grove at 7:00 p.m. on the 8th.
