Basketball Recap: Assumption Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Assumption can now relate to. They took a 64-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Byrd Yellow Jackets on Saturday. The Mustangs' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it seven in a row.

Assumption's loss dropped their record down to 7-31. As for Byrd, their win bumped their record up to 8-30.

As of now, neither Assumption nor Byrd have any future games scheduled.
