Baseball Recap: Foothill Finds Home Field Redemption Against East Bakersfield

There's no place like home for Foothill, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the East Bakersfield Blades a 3-0 shutout on Friday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Trojans as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

The team relied heavily on Carlos Ruano, who scored two runs and stole Two bases. while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Marcos Carbajal, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.
