Baseball Recap: Midd-West Comes Up Short

Midd-West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 4-1 to the Mifflinburg Wildcats. The Mustangs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2025.

Midd-West saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Colton Aumiller, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Midd-West's loss dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Mifflinburg, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Midd-West nor Mifflinburg have any future games scheduled.
