Volleyball Recap: Nottoway's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

Nottoway can bid farewell to their four-match losing streak thanks to their match on Monday. They came out on top against the Colonial Heights Colonials by a score of 3-1.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-19, 14-25, 25-17.

Nottoway's victory bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Colonial Heights, they now also have a losing record of 6-7.

Nottoway and Colonial Heights could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Virginia Rankings. The Cougars will face off against Amelia County at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday with a big rank disadvantage (297 vs. 83). Meanwhile, Colonial Heights (ranked 295th) will meet Prince George (ranked 125th) at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
